Our cable engineers can undertake all aspects of HV cable installation and route design, from early planning and investigation to cable pulling calculations and project management of cable laying activities. Whether working through ducts, sea, open trenches, confined spaces, or building structures, we have the knowledge and equipment to make it work.

We utilize all the latest plant and equipment including cable winches, cable drum jacks, rollers and drum trailers, all of which are carefully maintained and inspected at regular intervals to comply with current legislation.

The testing and commissioning of high voltage electrical equipment is a highly specialised activity: to compliment our cabling and jointing services, all our senior engineers are trained to offer a complete range of testing services including high voltage pressure testing and isolations to the highest technical and safety standards.

Our high voltage power engineers are well equipped to test and commission all the equipment within your electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure: Cables are subject to damage; we can carry out a series of tests to identify and locate the fault, then carry out the necessary repairs as required.

Efficient Telecommunications offer a full turnkey service to clients: our high voltage power engineers are equipped to design, build, test, and operate all the equipment within your electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure. This of course includes all switching services. 

We can provide Senior Authorized Persons to perform switching and deliver permits for each individual project, as well as jointers and test engineers to execute the works. Our teams are equally experienced in network switch-ons– trained and certified to act as an authorized person for switching on client networks and projects.
